The workshop shows business owners how to set up, optimise, and make the most of a Google Business Profile, one of the most powerful (and free) tools for attracting local customers. It covers what makes a profile stand out, how to maximise the chances of appearing in the Google “Local 3-Pack,” and simple ways to use posts, photos, and reviews to bring in more enquiries. The session is practical, hands-on, and designed to give participants actions they can implement straight away.
